Before establishing innerTrack strategies, Jessica developed compliance strategy, counseled clients and advocated on their behalf before federal agencies within the Department of Homeland Security. She practiced international trade regulation* for ten years with both the national firm of Dykema, PLLC and with the Chicago-based firm of Hodes Keating & Pilon. Jessica served as chair of legal practice committees for both the Chicago and Illinois State Bar Associations. Jessica taught languages at Indiana University, Bloomington and lectured on international trade compliance to U.S., Japanese and Italian audiences.

Jessica DePinto studied Letters & Philosophy at the University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy. She holds an MA in Italian Language and Literature from Indiana University. Jessica is also a graduate (with honors) of the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She earned her law degree from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she studied International and Comparative Law.

Jessica happily serves on the Board of Trustees of the Chicago Academy for the Arts, a John F. Kennedy Center National School of Distinction in arts education, and the Board of Directors of the International Trade Club of Chicago. She is a member of the Women in Leadership Advisory Board, The School of Continuing and Professional Studies, Loyola University Chicago.
