Formerly Director of International Sales for Minuteman International Inc, Addison, Illinois, he supervised the international activities of this $80 million US subsidiary of a $350 million European company in the cleaning industry. He was responsible for actively managing salesforce and developing distribution in over 50 countries worldwide. Since 1998, he increased sales by 119% and international sales is recognized as the fastest growing segment of the company's business.

In addition to the management of international sales, Mr. McNamara managed the European branch of Minuteman International since 2001 and plays a key role in the company's Strategic Planning Committee. His role has expanded to include sales responsibilities for both Commercial and Industrial product lines, as well as involvement in all four company divisions.
