Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Modern Languages cum laude from Boston College and a Masters degree in German from Middlebury College. She pursued undergraduate studies in Paris as well as graduate study in Mainz, Germany. She has studied Spanish and Japanese. She is fluent in French and German.
