Bio Info
Paul M. Heinze is president of the Paul M. Heinze Company (www.heinze.com) in Barrington Hills, Illinois, a leading provider of consultation services in the areas of executive coaching, teambuilding, acquisition, search, mergers, valuations, joint ventures, strategic planning and negotiations.

A 40-year veteran of industry, Paul began his career in 1965 when he went to work for his father at the M.P. Heinze Machine Company, a business established by his grandfather in 1925. Paul was president of the company from 1974 until 1980, when he decided to sell the company and, at the age of 38, change direction and incorporate the Paul M. Heinze Company.

Paul formed his present business model from a unique standpoint. He was a business owner who himself, at times, needed some of the services he now provides. By selling the family business, he freed himself up to use his knowledge and experience to help companies much like his own to grow and flourish. He was also giving back to the industry that meant so much to him.

Today the Paul M. Heinze Company specializes in consulting and advisory service with privately owned businesses and corporations, in most industries, throughout the United States and, selectively, internationally as well.

Paul's ultimate goal is to strengthen his clients by providing strategic solutions that get them the results and success they seek.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics out of North Park College in Chicago, Paul is a past chairman of the Tooling & Manufacturing Association's Board of Directors. He is also an active member of the International Business Center of DePaul University, Rolling Meadows, Illinois.

Paul resides in Barrington Hills, Illinois, with his wife, Sandy. They have four grown children. Extremely active in the community, Paul serves as a trustee and President of the Barrington Countryside Fire Protection District; he serves on the Finance Committee of the Medinah Country Club, where he has been a member since 1973; and he is a past president of five Barrington High School Booster Clubs.
