Event Name	FEBRUARY 3 • International Volunteer Network of Chicago Kickoff Event
Description	Please join us on Wednesday, February 3rd from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. for our kickoff event at The Chicago Cultural Center's Preston Bradley Hall (78 E. Washington St.) were we will highlight volunteer opportunities as they relate to literacy, both in Chicago and internationally. Charities featured at this event include Little City Foundation, Open Books, UNICEF and Chicago HOPES. Also participating as event supporters are the Fulbright Association, Chris John Photography, Do Good Adventures, Classic Party Rental, Herbkoe Fun Foods, Just For Fun Entertainment & Events and Cork Catering who will be providing the food and beverage. Tickets ordered in advance are $35.00 ($45.00 at the door) and cover your entrance to the event, food and drink. In keeping with our focus on literacy, we also ask you to bring any new or used books as IVNC will host a Book Exchange. At the book exchange you can take home books that others have brought and the books that are left over will be donated to local literacy organizations.
