B. Separate meeting arrangements

If requested, the Economic Office of the Consulate General of Romania in Chicago can also reserve and make appropriate arrangements for individual meetings with all or any of the Romanian companies during their stay in Chicago (May 23^rd -25^th) at its location (737 N. Michigan Avenue, # 2105, Chicago), at the delegation’s place (a downtown five stars hotel), or anywhere else it is convenient and/or may be requested by the interested American companies.

Participation of Illinois interested businesses to any of these networking events or at individual appointments (one on one separate meeting arrangements or during Matchmaking Sessions) is welcomed and is free of any charge, but prior registration with the Economic Office of the Consulate General of Romania in Chicago (the primary contact point for all parties interested to meet the Romanian companies and/or the government officials) is required, and can be done at:
